Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and related insurance offerings.

Establish meaningful face‑to‑face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits.

Drive self‑generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the local market.

You will engage with customers via in‑person, virtual, and phone interactions. Face‑to‑face visits at prospective members’ homes are a key part of this role.

Required Qualifications

Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain one.

Must reside in the designated local territory.

Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in prospective members’ homes.

Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits.

Preferred Qualifications

Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License.

Prior experience selling Medicare products.

Experience in public speaking or group presentations.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Bilingual in English and Spanish with fluent spoken, read, and written skills.

Additional Information

Subject to driver license validation and MVR review under Humana’s Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program.

Non‑English language speakers must complete a language proficiency assessment (ILR test).

Selected candidates may be asked to provide a social security number for identity protection checks.

Schedule & Training Flexible schedule required; meetings may occur nights and weekends. First five weeks of employment are mandatory.

Interview Process Initial HireVue prescreen followed by additional steps as selected.
