Safety‑Kleen in Columbia, MO is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join a safety‑conscious team. The role focuses on building business within assigned territories and developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while working in conjunction with route drivers to provide product insight to clients about essential lines of business. Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes. New customer acquisition & sales pipeline development. Manage, retain, and grow existing book of business. Set monthly & quarterly goals with District Sales Manager to close opportunities for additional SK products & services. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and foster an increased Safety‑Kleen presence. Work with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities. Grow current customer base with new lines of business. Prepare and deliver customer quotes. Prospect and convert leads into customers. Achieve monthly sales quotas and budgets. Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Tenacious, assertive, strong organizational skills and a hunter mentality. Proven ability to develop a book of business. Knowledge and use of Salesforce.com is a plus. 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred. Excellent computer skills (MS Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Time and territory management skills. Strong collaboration and service‑team facilitation skills. Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive decision‑making. Ability to travel within the region. About the Company
