What We Offer
Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 per year on average in commission based on performance.
All leads are provided to you—no cold‑calling or door‑knocking. 2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day.

About The Role
Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service.
Absolutely NO cold‑calling or lead generation required—only warm, pre‑confirmed appointments.
Focus on selling! Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas.
Promote company products and services.
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience.
Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
Key Qualifications
Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
In‑Home Sales or Business‑to‑Consumer Sales experience is a plus.
Must be self‑motivated and results oriented.
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality.
Exceptional customer service.
Ability to meet and exceed goals.
Works successfully without requiring close supervision.
Road warrior—own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license, and enjoy being on the road.
