We’re looking for a

Junior Sales Executive (m/f/d) – Native Advertising

to join our growing team. This is a remote role within the EU, but you’re welcome to co-work with us in Cologne or London. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base across the DACH region (especially Germany), working closely with our senior sales team to deliver high-impact native advertising campaigns for our brand and agency partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Prospector & Connector : Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with brand and agency clients, primarily in the German-speaking markets (DACH).

Solution-Seller:

Present and sell native advertising and branded content solutions, showcasing a solid understanding of paid media strategy and performance marketing.

Support & Collaborate : Assist senior sales team members with proposal creation, client follow-ups, pipeline management, and campaign planning.

Process Optimizer : Work with the sales team to coordinate outreach, optimize workflows, and share insights on client performance.

Data & Insights Analyst:

Maintain accurate CRM records, contribute to sales reporting, and provide updates on market trends and competitor activities.

Industry Enthusiast : Stay informed about developments in native, programmatic, and content-driven advertising to identify new opportunities for clients and the agency.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in digital media, paid media, or native advertising, ideally within an agency environment. You have a track record of performance-oriented sales or campaign work and a solid understanding of native advertising, programmatic channels, and content-driven campaigns.

Communication & Relationship Skills:

You excel at presenting, pitching, and building long-term client relationships. You are confident in negotiating and able to translate client needs into actionable campaign strategies.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

You can analyze market trends, client performance data, and campaign results to identify opportunities and optimize sales efforts. You combine a commercial mindset with creative problem-solving to deliver value to clients and the agency.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

You work effectively with colleagues across departments, sharing insights, coordinating with the senior sales team, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Languages:

Fluent German (native preferred) and professional English (B2+ minimum). Additional European languages are a strong advantage.

Self-Starter & Commercial Drive:

You are motivated by targets, numbers, and professional growth. You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment and are comfortable working remotely within an international team.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with CRM systems, pipeline management, or campaign planning tools is a plus. Exposure to multiple European markets beyond DACH is also beneficial.
