Lennox, a leading HVAC and refrigeration company, offers a dynamic environment for growth and innovation. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, contribute to daily operations, and help achieve sales goals while maintaining store appearance and inventory.
Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service with product expertise and selling skills.
Maintain store appearance and inventory.
Self‑motivated and team‑focused.
Detail oriented and organized.
Complete all assigned training within the given timeframe.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Act as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering, and open/close procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
At least 2 years of related experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $47,000 – $61,000 annually (salaried non‑exempt).
Eligible for an annual bonus under company plan.
Benefits include tuition reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, 401(k), short‑term disability, 8 weeks paid birthing leave, 2 weeks paid bonding leave, life and long‑term disability insurance.
New hires may receive up to 12 days paid time off, 2 paid wellbeing days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
