Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Meridian Crossing
Bath & Body Works is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for Meridian Crossing. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs, and helping them find the best products.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out.
Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates may need to climb ladders and lift items up to 50 pounds.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment by adhering to safety standards and expectations.
Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications

Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
Availability to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
