Meet homeowners, inspect roofs (don’t worry—we train you!), and present solutions Manage leads and follow a proven 8-step sales process Use our CRM and tools to keep things smooth Deliver top-tier customer experiences that earn 5-star reviews What You Need:
3+ years in sales (in
almost
any industry) Willingness to drive across Northern VA daily No fear of heights or attics Strong communication and resilience A growth mindset and drive to exceed targets Salary Range:
Compensation package is a combination of salary and commission. In the first year a successful candidate will likely earn $100k. Experienced Sales Consultants earnings consistently exceed $200,000 annually. $55k base salary + 3% commission + monthly bonus based on KPI’ s 1st year OTE around $100k 2+ years OTE can be $150k +3rd years OTE $200k+ Company vehicle + gas card Best-in-class onboarding and ongoing training Work is mostly in the field
