We’re looking for a

high-performing sales professional

with deep experience in the dairy sector. As Account Manager, you’ll be the

driving force behind growth in your territory , working independently to identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term relationships with progressive dairy operations. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on

autonomy, challenge, and results , while being backed by an innovative product and a collaborative team. What You’ll Do

Own your territory

– take full responsibility for driving revenue growth and expanding market share. Identify and acquire new business

using your strong network, hunter mentality, and proven closing skills. Act as a

trusted advisor

to dairy farmers, understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored solutions. Represent smaXtec at

industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements , positioning yourself as a thought leader in dairy health management. Leverage our CRM and your organizational skills to

strategically manage pipelines and relationships . Partner closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an

exceptional experience

from first contact to ongoing support. What We’re Looking For

Proven track record of sales success

in the dairy industry (or agriculture/agri-tech), consistently exceeding targets. Established

network within the dairy sector , with strong relationships you can immediately leverage. Entrepreneurial mindset with

high self-motivation, resilience, and energy . Strong consultative selling skills — able to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Suite. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across your territory, as well as nationally and internationally as needed. Note: This role is based in Wisconsin. Candidates must reside in (or be willing to relocate to) Wisconsin for consideration. What We Offer
