Compensation:
Base salary $70,000-$90,000, performance bonus up to $8,000, total potential earnings up to $98,000. Territory:
West Coast of the U.S., primarily Arizona. Location:
Arizona. Job Summary:
We seek a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new prospects, manage customer accounts, and promote our robot technology through face-to-face sales, demonstrations, and negotiations. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans; achieve sales targets. Become an expert in our GPS wireless technology and demonstrate it to clients. Travel within the territory for demos and negotiations. Use effective sales techniques to close deals. Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs. Maintain sales pipeline records in CRM. Stay informed on industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 1-3 years outside sales experience; experience with outdoor power, agriculture, or construction equipment is a plus. Strong negotiation, customer service, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin is a plus. Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 70 pounds repeatedly. Pass background check. Personal Attributes: Self-starter and team player. Experience in start-up environments with a proactive attitude. Fast learner, good listener, patient, and able to work across cultures. Willing to travel.
