IT Customer Relationship Manager Client:

Richmond, VA (Hybrid). Need candidates within 2 hours' drive. Job ID:

Web cam and in-person interviews. First round via Teams, second onsite. Only candidates who can interview onsite will be considered. Onsite requirement:
2 days a week onsite, 3 days remote. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers who foster positive interactions, build trust with business partners, and manage escalations within service, product, and project delivery pipelines. Responsibilities include: Meeting with agency leadership, including executive levels. Collaborating with IT leadership for successful service delivery. Partnering with districts for IT management and escalations. Developing and maintaining a multi-year business capability roadmap. Building relationships with business partners. Coordinating with project managers and operations managers. Identifying opportunities for new services and technical innovations. Managing expectations related to IT engagement and service delivery. Handling escalations for procurements, projects, and services. Championing customer needs and collaborating with IT teams. Supporting compliance with policies and standards. Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of related experience. Experience in IT, including SDLC, Agile, procurements (5+ years). Strong communication skills across all levels (10+ years). Ability to build rapport, influence, and resolve conflicts (10+ years). Team ownership and results-driven mindset (10+ years). Strategic thinking and product management experience (10+ years). Understanding of VDOT's organizational structure.
