The Opportunity As the Senior HR & Benefits Coordinator, you will support Neovance’s people-first culture by managing employee benefits, leave programs, and daily HR operations. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience while partnering across HR, Payroll, IT, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

Benefits Administration & Leave Management

You will administer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness programs.

Advise employees on eligibility, plan options, and claims processes.

Manage enrollments, changes, and terminations within UKG.

Conduct benefits orientations and information sessions.

Audit and reconcile benefits data with payroll and vendor systems.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and ACA.

Lead annual open enrollment planning and execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all leave management.

Partner with Payroll, IT, and HR to ensure correct tracking, benefit continuation, and pay adjustments.

Maintain detailed leave documentation and coordinate return-to-work processes.

HR Support

You will serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.

Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions (I-9s, background checks, employment verifications).

Support HR policy interpretation and communication.

Troubleshoot HRIS/UKG issues for managers and employees.

Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Leadership on complex HR issues.

Maintain accurate HR records and support audits and compliance initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of HR experience in a multi-state environment.

3+ years of hands‑on benefits administration experience.

Strong knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and ACA compliance.

Experience with retirement plans and U.S. leave management.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (UKG preferred).

Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.

Workers’ compensation and HR compliance knowledge preferred

Ability to interpret and apply complex HR policies.High accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

Salary Range: $50,000–$68,000 USD annually

All jobs are determined based on a candidate’s location, skills, and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
