Business Development Representative – PCA Skin & EltaMD, Charleston Colgate‑Palmolive’s Skin Health group is a fast‑paced, science‑backed organization that drives the innovative skincare brands of PCA SKIN, EltaMD, and Filorga. Job Responsibilities

Travel in‑person within the Charleston territory to engage and support EltaMD and PCA SKIN accounts and build relationships that generate new business opportunities and sales growth.

Analyze sales data and business needs to assess opportunities, trends, and call activity.

Build and maintain trusting relationships with physicians, nurses, business owners, spa managers, front‑desk staff, estheticians, and massage therapists.

Conduct product trainings and promotional events to drive sales, mindful of ROI.

Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and conduct educational workshops to maintain in‑office technical knowledge and assist with selling techniques and home‑care recommendations.

Support customers’ marketing efforts by facilitating and attending open‑house and similar events.

Schedule and route monthly in‑person visits based on tiers and geography to support territory coverage and optimize results.

Track account and sales activities in CRM, noting conditions, marketing activity, trends, and competitive information.

Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and working with management.

Prospect within the territory to open new accounts and grow the business.

Re‑engage former accounts, diagnosing purchasing decline and restoring brand relationships.

Work strategically with schools to engage emerging professionals.

Represent the brand at industry trade shows and medical conferences.

Achieve or exceed sales objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis to maximize variable compensation.

What We're Looking For

Forecasting experience and business analysis skills.

Skilled presenter with professional verbal and written communication.

Strong business acumen and territory‑management experience.

Resilience and an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in aesthetic, medical, or beauty industry.

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Valid driver’s license (non‑high‑risk) and reliable car.

Ability to fulfill heavy domestic travel requirement (≈ 80‑90 % of the week) and occasional air travel.

Demonstrable presentation, selling, and communication skills.

Occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or esthetician license.

Bilingual.

Compensation and Benefits Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 USD.

Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching (subject to eligibility). Additional benefits: minimum 15 vacation/PTO days, 13 paid holidays, prorated paid sick leave, and other benefits per local law.
