Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Gen AI applications using Python, LangChain, and LLMs.
Implement the data storages/vector storages required for models.
Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and implement APIs and microservices for Gen AI applications.
Integrate Gen AI models into existing applications and systems.
LLMs testing, Fine-Tuning and Optimizations.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Gen AI applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI and machine learning.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in IT sales, lead generation, or presales activities.
Good communication skills to interact with senior leaders like CXOs and VPs.
Experience in preparing proposals and handling RFI/RFP processes.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads.
Personal Skills
Experience working with international markets (market for BDE will be USA, Europe, middle east, asia pacific and India).
Knowledge of online bidding platforms and email marketing tools.
Basic understanding of creating business documents like BRD.
Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and improving strategies.
Ability to work well with other teams like marketing and product management.
