Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate to join our team at our headquarters in New York and Los Angeles and contribute to the growth of Korean beauty brands in the U.S. market. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about skincare and cosmetics and eager to gain hands‑on experience in customer relationship management and business development within the fast‑growing K‑Beauty industry, through business and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research on the beauty and retail industries in North America.

Analyze brand channel performance, marketing activities, and pricing strategies.

Generate business insights based on analysis of consumer trends, industry developments, and regulatory or policy changes.

Evaluate consumer engagement and reviews to assess brand perception.

Provide comprehensive market insights to support the development of global expansion strategies.

Drive sales in U.S. retail, wholesale, and warehouse‑style retail channels.

Qualifications

Is passionate about beauty brands and industry trends.

Has some knowledge of U.S. sales channels and customer behavior.

Thinks strategically and can break down ideas with solid reasoning.

Communicates clearly, with evidence to back their points.

Understands the beauty market and what different customers care about.

Has a proactive, can‑do mindset and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in both Korean and U.S. business environments.

Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations.

Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred, to support communication with Korean‑speaking customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Employment Type Full‑time

Compensation Based on experience and qualifications

Schedule Business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1‑hour lunch), Monday to Friday
