Key Responsibilities
Plan community events: Holiday gatherings, state memorial days, and outreach to churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and community centers.
Lead and develop the team: Build a cooperative environment that is respectful, communicative, accountable, and service-oriented.
Direct funeral home operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day management and uphold the highest standards of service.
Achieve growth goals: Drive annual case volume and revenue targets while managing expenses effectively.
Select, train, and motivate staff: Inspire your team to deliver service that goes above and beyond family expectations.
What We’re Looking For
A licensed funeral director/embalmer (dual licensure required in Illinois or ability to reciprocate).
A leader who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and values community connections.
Compensation $75,000-$80,000k / yr. + ICP Bonus
