Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role, for an inside Sales Executive at RoadEx. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting new clients, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This position involves identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications
Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills
Experience in prospecting and closing sales deals
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented
Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM tool and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of the trucking industry or related field (Preferred)
Proven experience in a sales role in the transportation and/or financial industries (Preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Preferred)
Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
Thrive in a fast pace environment
Responsibilities
Prospect new leads and make phone calls daily
Identify new business opportunities
Guide clients through the application/sales process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and accurate.
Analyze financial information and credit reports to assess the risk associated with applications.
Collaborate with the sales support team and underwriters to secure approval and communicate terms to clients.
Stay informed about market trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
