an experienced, motivated sales professional with a passion for home improvement and interior design? Do you thrive on consulting with clients, building relationships, and delivering stunning transformations? If so, you might be our next Cabinet Sales Representative at Kitchen Tune-Up of Greater Salt Lake!
Who You Are
Seasoned Sales Pro:
You bring at least
2 years of sales experience , ideally with consultative, in-home or B2B experience.
Networked & Resourceful:
You may already have industry connections or sources of leads—but we’ll support you with leads as well.
Relationship-Driven:
You love meeting people, asking great questions, and delivering solutions that make their spaces shine.
Driven by Results:
You’re energized by meeting targets—ready to close consistently and exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do (Daily)
Consult with Clients In-Home:
As the cabinet sales representative, conduct thoughtful consultations in homes or commercial spaces, uncovering needs and painting a vision for cabinets, refacing, or full remodels.
Build & Grow Pipeline:
Proactively cultivate new business—attend home shows, network in the community, and generate leads through strategic outreach.
Close with Confidence:
Manage the full sales cycle from follow-up to close. You own it—maintaining detailed CRM notes and pushing for a
40%+ close rate .
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of sales experience
Industry knowledge and
existing leads/connections
a major plus
In-home consultative sales
experience preferred
Excellent communicator, polished appearance, and a consultative mindset
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growth goals
