Job Title: Senior Account Executive
Position Overview
Sciens Logistics, an asset-based 3PL, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive to drive growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep of the logistics industry, with a proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage and expand your existing logistics sales expertise.
Prospect, acquire, and grow Mid-Market & Major clients to contribute to Sciens Logistics' exponential growth.
Master all aspects of our service offerings, business model, customer-specific solutions, and proprietary software.
Address sales inquiries with strategic pricing, capacity solutions, and innovative client needs solutions.
Collaborate with Client Success and Operations teams to enhance account expansion and provide exceptional support.
Travel as necessary to meet new and prospective clients, conduct quarterly business reviews, and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or third-party logistics.
Familiarity with various transportation modes, including drayage, intermodal, LTL, and cross-border, is advantageous.
Strategic and competitive pricing acumen.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills in a dynamic environment.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver outstanding results.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for sales.
Pay Scale: 65,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Des Plaines, IL)
