Outside Sales Representative

Aireco Supply is looking for an HVAC WholesaleOutside Sales Representative for the Baltimore MD area. We are seeking applicants who are energetic, self-motivated, independent decision makers and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills. Job Functions: Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques. To develop new and grow existing contractor accounts in the territory Develop territory plan and goals in partnership with Sales Manager, Branch Manager and inside sales team. Skill in building and maintaining long term customer relationships Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to grow business while maintaining margin targets Ability to successfully position products and services as a strategic advantage to customers. Work closely with branches, inside sales & manufacturers representatives Prepare monthly sales reports of alltargeted contractors in territory. Support all contractor development training needs. Requirements: Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel & Outlook) Excellent interpersonal & phone skills, with the ability to interact with customers and all levels of staff HVAC or related industry knowledge or experience desirable but not required 3 years sales experience preferred A college degree, or some college coursework preferred, but not required Continued education & learning, using HARDI and/or other resources available Excellent benefits package includes 401K, health, dental and vision coverage, disability insurance, profit sharing, vacation and sick leave Equal Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace
