The Sales Manager role is an essential element to our organization’s overall success. As the leader of the sales division this role carries heavy responsibilities to grow our sales and profitability, attract and retain talented revenue generating staff members, provide consistent oversight and motivation to get the highest level of performance from these individuals, expand and foster key strategic partnerships in our industry, report accurate information for business and financial planning, and contribute to the central strategy for the company.
This role will oversee the entire sales and marketing division and will be directly responsible for the hiring of new talent as we continue to grow our business. Motivating staff, developing skill sets, accountability, hands on assistance, strategic thinking and guidance, networking and strong relationship building are all key determining factors to the successful sales leader.
