Role Overview TheDomestic Freight Sales Executive – Producewill play a critical role in expanding the companies footprint in one of the most active produce regions in the country. You’ll operate remotely but function as theon-the-ground representativein Salinas — developing new business, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering consultative logistics solutions that drive value for produce shippers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business in the produce shipping sector, leveraging your network and market knowledge
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and face-to-face interactions
Identify opportunities to providerefrigerated freightandcustomized transportationsolutions
Coordinate internally with dispatch and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Track client activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using internal tools
Be thelocal face of the companyin the Salinas Valley
Requirements Must-Haves
Local to Salinas, CA or nearby areas
Direct experience incold/refrigerated produce shipping
Strong book of business or proven ability to develop new produce/logistics clients
Previous success indomestic freight saleswithinrefrigerated logistics or produce transportation
Willingness to travel locally as part of anoutside sales role
