Overview Customer Service Focused Role handling Walk‑In Customers, Pulling their orders on the Sales Floor.
Responsibilities
Solution‑oriented, responsible for actively driving a positive customer experience on the sales floor.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Respond to customer requests and provide comprehensive follow‑up on account and order details.
Alleviate customer traffic during peak times to ensure a smooth checkout transaction.
Check inventory for product availability in the system and in refrigeration coolers.
Pull orders, verify accuracy of shipping, delivery, or pickup information, paying careful attention to modifications, substitutions, and discrepancies.
Communicate with warehouse operations, the buying department, and dispatch to ensure order fulfillment.
Input data and verify order information, discounts, and store credit.
Respond to product inquiries, offer recommendations, and conduct product searches.
Assist and support warehouse operations and maintain workspace cleanliness, adhering to workplace safety at all times.
Collaborate with warehouse operations, purchasing, and dispatch for the execution of holidays and promotional events.
