What You'll Do (Besides Look Awesome in Sunglasses):
Be the go-to guide for customers searching for their perfect ride
Build strong relationships (and not just on Facebook
Walk customers through the buying process like a boss
Stay on top of inventory and new model features like it's your favorite Netflix series
Hit sales goals and rack up that commission
What You Bring to the Table:
Great communication skills and even better listening skills
A "people-first" mindset and killer customer service instincts
Drive (pun intended) to meet goals and hustle hard
Prior sales experience is awesome -- but if you're coachable, we'll teach you the rest
Valid driver's license and clean background
