This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on autonomy, bold ideas, creative experimentation, and measurable results. What You’ll Lead

You’ll be the architect and engine behind TAFB’s digital footprint—driving strategy, elevating our voice, and scaling engagement across web, social, email, and campaigns. You will: Own and execute digital strategies that strengthen TAFB’s mission and brand. Lead the evolution of TAFB’s website, driving SEO, accessibility, UX, and performance. Build and execute high-impact social and digital campaigns that convert audiences into advocates, donors, and volunteers. Create compelling digital content—video, photography, graphics—using both pro-grade gear and mobile tools. Experiment with emerging tech, trends, and tools to keep TAFB ahead of the curve. Optimize performance through analytics, insights, and fast iteration. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, and internal teams to deliver unified, powerful digital experiences. Support crisis communications with fast, accurate updates across digital platforms. How You’ll Make It Happen

You’re someone who: Loves turning data into strategy, insights, and action. Thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments. Balances big-picture strategy with hands‑on execution. Brings a builder mindset—creating systems, processes, and digital experiences that scale. Communicates clearly and confidently across teams and audiences. You’ll bring expertise in:

Website management and optimization (WordPress or similar). Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design, video editing, and photo production. Paid digital advertising and SEO/SEM. Social media planning, scheduling, and analytics (Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.). Monday.com or similar platforms for task boards, automations, and workflows. Digital asset management systems like Canto. Data tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms. What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or similar; advanced degree a plus. 5+ years leading digital strategy, social media, website optimization, and digital campaigns. A portfolio of measurable wins—campaigns, content, growth metrics, or digital transformations. Strong storytelling and content creation skills. This role is primarily office‑based, with occasional work in our warehouse and at community events. You’ll travel within our 13‑county service area and must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
