Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 (commensurate with experience, client base, and leadership scope) Unlimited Upside.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, including billing, workflow, and deliverables.
Review and sign tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and non‑profits.
Supervise, mentor, and train staff.
Conduct tax research and consult on complex projects.
Respond to IRS and state tax authority inquiries.
Review extensions and quarterly estimates.
Participate in and lead special projects as needed.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master of Tax or JD/LLM preferred).
CPA license (active in state of employment or reciprocity in progress).
10+ years of public accounting experience, including tax review and client management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem‑solving ability and critical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated, proactive, and committed to professional growth.
Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. full‑time.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $150,000 – $300,000
