OVERVIEW The Real Foundations Consortium is a specialized insurance and risk management program designed for high-performing real estate firms. The consortium is a network of real estate companies brought together under a centralized risk management structure. It leverages captive insurance to:

Enable larger retentions and improved flexibility for carriers.

Provide tailored risk management approaches for members.

Deliver optimized pricing, coverage, and terms, fostering predictable profitability for insurers and members.

WHAT YOU’LL DO The Account Executive plays a pivotal role within RealFoundations, serving as a strategic client advisor responsible for managing, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of real estate clients. This individual will oversee operational workflows, ensure exceptional client service, and act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The role requires a deep understanding of Property & Casualty insurance programs and ancillary lines, with a strong ability to approach accounts holistically and deliver innovative solution.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management

Lead all aspects of client service management, including retention strategies and delivery of EPIC resources.

Serve as the strategic lead for accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams (loss control, claims) for seamless service delivery.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Proactively address client issues to ensure a consistently high level of service.

Build and support coverage comparison tools and reporting dashboards.

Perform coverage analysis, contract reviews, and provide tailored insurance program recommendations.

Supervise administrative functions delegated to Account Managers and Assistants.

Maintain reliable data pipelines for invoicing, renewals, certificates, and stewardship reporting.

Drive organic growth through cross-selling and account rounding initiatives.

Participate in client meetings and lead presentations as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Minimum 5 years’ client service experience within the insurance industry.

Comprehensive knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance lines.

Ability to manage multiple projects across offices and meet deadlines independently.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid Property & Casualty Broker’s License(s).

Professional designations such as CPCU or ARM are considered favorably.

COMPENSATION The national average salary for this role is $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
