As a Business Development Executive, you will own strategic growth in the Southwest U.S. from Central Texas You’ll identify high-value partners, shape major project opportunities, and influence key players across the construction ecosystem — all while collaborating closely with our technical, account managment, and marketing teams to accelerate success.
Drive strategic commercial growth for Loxone across Austin, Central Texas, and the broader Southwest region.
Build brand awareness and strengthen Loxone’s market influence in the electrical, building, and design communities.
Identify, acquire, and develop high-value partners such as electrical contractors, luxury custom builders, design-build firms, AV integrators, architects, and developers.
Convert strategic relationships into consistent revenue streams, flagship (lighthouse) projects, and long-term partner success.
Lead technical-commercial workshops and deliver impactful presentations to owners, principals, engineers, general contractors, and other key decision makers.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments and apply the Loxone Way of Selling to guide partners through the process.
Your profile: 5–10+ years of experience in electrical systems, AV, building automation, lighting controls, or energy technologies.
Strong understanding of key trades including electricians, AV integrators, luxury builders, architects, and MEP engineers.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex building-system capabilities in a commercially compelling way.
Proven track record in developing and closing strategic accounts.
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders such as owners, principals, engineers, and general contractors.
Based in the Greater Austin area.
Comfortable working on-site from our dedicated office and showroom.
