as a
Nursing Manager/Director of Nursing
with a background in
long-term care, elderly and rehabilitative nursing . This position would earn a

MUST
have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:
Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5+ years of Nursing Management experience in a long-term care, elderly, and/or rehabilitative care facility.
Experience with planning, developing, organizing, and leading nursing services, programs, activities - all in accordance to current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing long term care facilities is a MUST.
Experience managing/delegating nursing personnel, reviewing nurse’s notes for accuracy, monitoring medication passes and treatment schedules, ensuring all are within acceptable nursing standards is a MUST.
Active Registered Nursing (RN) licensure in the State of New Hampshire is a MUST.
Certification in CPR, Medication Administration, and Intravenous Administration is a MUST.
Nursing Degree from accredited institution is a MUST.
Previous experience developing/managing an RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) program is a PLUS.
