Key Responsibilities
Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals and businesses
Review complex tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, 1120, etc.)
Supervise and mentor junior staff and seniors
Handle client communications and deliver high-level service
Identify tax planning opportunities and ensure compliance with current tax laws
Qualifications
CPA license required
5+ years of public accounting tax experience
Proven experience managing engagements and mentoring teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office
