Position Description Assists Journeyman with constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures of wooden structures, such as concrete forms, scaffolds, tunnel and sewer supports, and temporary frame shelters, according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions. These duties are to be performed in a safe and timely manner with the highest quality possible.
Job Responsibilities Brings tools, drop cords and supplies to work area. Sets up work benches and saw horses. Tapes off work area. Assist with cutting scaffold boards as needed. Performs housekeeping and keeps area clean.
Job Qualifications Preferred 12 to 24 months’ experience working in the Construction Field Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively Work in hot/cold/damp/cramped environments 40 or more hours per week with possible weekend work Background check and drug screen based on job location/requirements We strive to provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
