Responsibilities
Determine each customer's vehicle needs and wants by asking questions and listening.
Demonstrate vehicles including test drives.
Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analytics.
Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
Maintain an owner follow‑up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
Introduce customers to Service Department personnel to emphasize to them the quality of service available in our expert service department.
Requirements
Previous dealership sales experience is preferred but not required, sales experience in other industries will be considered
Selling appliances, furniture, home improvements, and Best Buy experience is a plus!
A highly competitive individual who wants to succeed
Steady work history
Professional appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and good work ethic
Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow‑through
Clean Valid driver's license
