The Challenge We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive. Account Executives play a critical role in new client acquisition and in ensuring successful relationships and revenue growth with existing customers.

Your Mission As an Account Executive (AE), you will generate, qualify, and execute opportunities that help customers become more trusted organizations and drive revenue for OneTrust. AEs use industry knowledge and value‑based sales skills to create compelling solutions, solve complex customer problems, and bring useful insights to prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed quota.

Generate pipeline through consistent outreach, even while closing deals.

Identify and engage stakeholders, leaders, and champions to drive execution of the sales strategy.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accounts.

Discover customer needs through a two‑sided discovery process and communicate solutions clearly.

Understand competitors’ strategies to differentiate OneTrust solutions.

Build customer relationships that position OneTrust as a trusted advisor.

Manage and optimize a defined geographic territory.

About You You are a hunter with a consultative approach, bringing curiosity, innovation, authenticity, leadership, and integrity. You possess strong communication skills, experience with C‑Level executives, and discipline in sales processes and CRM hygiene.

Required Experience

5–7 years of selling B2B Enterprise‑level software or related technologies (exceptions may be made for the right candidate).

Previous experience in value selling.

Track record of landing new logos while growing and supporting key accounts.

Experience running sales presentations/demos.

Familiarity with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.

Desired (Extra Awesome)

Experience in privacy, security, third‑party risk management, or compliance.

Direct sales experience into Information Security departments.

CIPP/E or CIPM certification.

Training in Command of Message.

Compensation For candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, the annual base pay range is $115,000 – $125,000 USD. Individual pay is determined by location, job‑related skills, experience, and education. Eligibility for bonus, equity, and commissions is also included.
