Why You’ll Love This Role We are seeking a Federal Special Programs/Intel Sales Representative who is ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic. A successful candidate will clearly articulate our value proposition and execute on proven sales processes. Accountability and ownership, especially in meeting leading indicators, are essential. We put our customers first and want a representative who thrives on building strong, enduring relationships and creating customer‑centric solutions.

As an Active Member of Our Team, You Will…

Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals

Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing

Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process

Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer to CxO

Forecast predictably and hit sales targets

Work remotely across multiple time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of Federal Special Programs/Intel Security Sales experience selling into Intel agencies and calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO)

Experience working with at least one earlier‑stage start‑up organization ( Proven track record of landing and expanding 7‑figure deals

Success selling to Intel Agencies and developing at least one new logo from scratch

Experience selling through a channel‑led motion

Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un‑budgeted solutions

Salary Range ($150k‑165k USD) – the exact offer depends on geographic location and candidate’s experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, the role includes a commission/incentive plan and a generous benefits package (health, dental, vision, short‑term disability, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity).
