is looking for a Production Coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping jobs moving without a hitch. What You’ll Do You’ll be the hub that connects customers, crews, municipalities, and our internal team — ensuring every roofing job is staged, documented, and completed on time.
Day To Day Responsibilities
Submitting and tracking permits with local municipalities
Scheduling jobs, inspections, and repairs
Ordering and coordinating materials, dumpsters, and lifts
Providing timely updates to homeowners and our team
Keeping all job files, logs, and calendars accurate and up to date

Permits submitted within 24 hours of deal approval
Jobs scheduled within 48 hours of permit approval
No missed inspections or unscheduled delays
Materials ordered and on‑site before install day
Customers updated before they ever have to call us

Details Location: In-office, Bradenton, FL
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: Hourly, with 90‑day review
Reports to: Finance & Admin Manager
Experience: Administrative, scheduling, or coordination experience preferred (construction industry experience is a plus)
Qualifications Experience : 2+ years in an administrative, scheduling, or coordination role (construction or roofing experience a plus but not required)
Strong organizational skills
with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new software
(Proline, CompanyCam, Google Drive, municipal portals)
Strong problem‑solving skills
and ability to think ahead
Calm under pressure, professional in all communication
Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Customer‑focused mindset
with a commitment to clear, timely updates
Other Requirements : Must be able to work full‑time, in‑office in Bradenton, FL. Familiarity with permitting processes, scheduling, or materials coordination is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for potential errands to municipalities or suppliers).
