Personal Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dedicated
Personal Account Manager
to join a professional and family-oriented team. This role involves managing a mix of high-net-worth (HNW) and standard accounts (approximately 75/25 split) within a generalist market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, familiarity with carriers, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This is an onsite position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation Package
Competitive salary: $70,000 - $80,000+ (commensurate with experience; potential to go higher based on qualifications) Performance-based bonuses, including revenue and Christmas bonuses 100% employer-paid health insurance Generous paid time off: 5 days sick leave 5 days personal leave 2-4 weeks of vacation 401(k) with employer match All professional designations and licenses fully covered
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and standard accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers Handle new business referrals and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs Collaborate with a professional and dedicated team to achieve company goals Maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to client service
Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience in account management, preferably with exposure to high-net-worth clients Familiarity with insurance carriers and industry practices Experience with AMS (preferred, but open to providing training) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a small business environment with a professional and family-oriented culture Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
