Your Role Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce platform strategy ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architecture roadmap including data models, integrations and customizations
Design and implement scalable, robust and secure Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Create detailed technical design documents, architectural diagrams and data flow diagrams
Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Platform Expertise Leadership
Maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and stay up to date with the latest releases and features
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them on best practices and design patterns
Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce technologies and tools to support business requirements
Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards and governance policies
Integration Data Management
Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Develop data migration strategies and ensure data quality and integrity
Design and optimize data models to meet business requirements and performance goals
Ensure proper data governance and security practices
Stakeholder Collaboration Communication
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Present architectural solutions and recommendations to senior management
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements
Security Compliance
Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Design and implement security measures to protect sensitive data
Conduct security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
Extensive experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization and development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling and integration patterns
Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware)
Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Solution Architect, Certified Platform Developer) are highly desirable
Experience in Agile development methodologies
