Closing-Transaction Administrator Job Purpose: To provide a comprehensive contract-to-close service for home sellers and buyers, ensuring an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities: Serve clients at an extremely high level Assist transactions in moving from contract to close Act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the entire process of a real estate sale Process all contract documents from acceptance through closing and post-closing Create timelines of all important dates and monitor transactions to ensure timelines are met Ensure all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures are completed Keep the team updated on contract progress and advise when team involvement is needed Maintain all vendor and service provider files Communicate effectively with clients to deliver fiduciary service from contract to close Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative experience Great attention to detail Experience with data entry, project management, bookkeeping/accounting, or similar tasks that require meticulous attention Excellent communication skills and customer service experience Proficiency with technology and digital tools Energetic and eager to serve clients and agents Coachable and adaptable to structure and process Compensation:
