You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, social media). Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand client needs within target industries. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through consistent communication and exceptional customer service. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs and company objectives. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in a lead generation, business development, and sales role. Prior experience in the IT & Digital Service industry is a strong plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a proven ability to close deals. A strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships. Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and contribute to company growth. Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preference will be given to Marketing or a related discipline Contact us!
