Created: Nov 11th 2025# Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project ManagerFull-time employeeMount Juliet, TN**Key Responsibilities:*** Research and identify new construction projects actively seeking roofing bids through online bid platforms, general contractor invitations, and industry networks.* Review and interpret bid packages, project specifications, architectural drawings, and qualification requirements.* Perform material and labor takeoffs for commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, etc.).* Prepare comprehensive and competitive bid proposals and ensure timely submission to general contractors.* Assemble submittal packages, shop drawings, and product data sheets in coordination with suppliers and manufacturers.* Coordinate project managers and subcontractor crews to ensure accurate scope execution, scheduling, and quality control.* Track project milestones and manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle.* Prepare and issue progress billings and final invoices through project closeout.* Maintain accurate records and bid logs for tracking and reporting purposes.**Qualifications:*** 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating, project coordination, or construction management.* Strong understanding of roofing systems, construction documents, and general contracting processes.* Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications.* Experience using takeoff software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent).* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.**Preferred Experience:*** Background in commercial roofing.* Familiarity with platforms such as iSqFt, ConstructConnect, BuildingConnected, or similar bid discovery tools.**Compensation:*** $75,000 annually* Full health benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
