TheAgileContentCreationEngagementTeam(ACCET)BrandandEngagementStrategist willhelpmanagetheday-to-dayoperationandoverseethedevelopmentofanagilebased workenvironment that focusesoncollaboration andacontinuous workflowthatincreases output and efficiency.
Thispositionwillalsohelpleadthetrainingof Altechnologyandprograms thatwillassist ContentCreatorsto successfully perform the social/digitalengagement strategy,aswell as thecommercial, and localstation marketing strategy for multiple locations in the ACCET region.
TheBrandandEngagement Strategist willhelpdevelopcampaigns, overseecreativeideas and techniques, approve scripts, and finalproductions.
Inaddition,thisrolewillberesponsible for monitoringratings,digitalanalytics, and campaign results,while beingableto make suggestions to grow interaction and engagement across all platforms.
The Brand Engagement Manager will work with ACCET News properties to develop a continuous stream of creative anddigitalcontent formultipleplatformsthat canbeshared amongmarketsacrosstheregion,andthroughouttheACCETnetwork.
ThispositionwillworkcloselywiththeClient Services StrategistandtheSpecialProjects Supervisor to schedule andprioritize tasksfor all digitalandcreative content.
ACCETBrandandEngagementStrategistDaywillconsistof:
Meetwith ProjectManagers,SpecialProjectsSupervisor,andBrand&Engagement Managerstoreviewthedashboard,projectstatuses,andfutureplanningwiththeteam.
MeetwithSeniorContentContentCreatorllsandContentCreatorl's toreviewand assigntasks.
SelectmeetingswithGeneralManagersandNewsDirectorsacrossthegroup.
Reviewcompletedwork,andprovidesuggestionsforchanges.
Pullresearch,reviewdata,analyzeresults,andapplytostrategyandworkflow.
Write,develop, produce specialprojects,create campaigns for local/ regional/ corporate use.
WorkcloselywithBrand&EngagementManagerswriting,developingbranding campaigns,producingprojects,andassistingwithnewsanddigitalelements.
Fillthevoidwhenandwhereneededwriting,producing,generating campaign ideas, shooting, editing, etc.
HandleHRissues
ReviewandevaluateACCETBrandManagers,andSpecialProjects Supervisor.
