What You’ll Do
Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
Hire, train, and mentor onsite property team members to ensure excellence in every aspect of property operations.
Develop and implement strategies to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with residents by addressing concerns and fostering a positive community environment.
Manage budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities to optimize property profitability.
Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning and reporting.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to position your community as the preferred choice.
Plan and execute events that bring residents together and build a sense of community.
What Makes You a Great Fit
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
Experience successfully managing properties with a proven track record of smooth operations.
Excellent communication skills and a people‑first approach to building relationships with residents and staff.
Comfortable with budgeting, tracking performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.
Tech‑savvy and confident using property‑management software (OneSite) and Microsoft Office tools.
Creative problem‑solver who sees challenges as opportunities.
