The Floor Coverings International Production Coordinator ensures the installation meets the expectations set during the sale, providing a positive customer experience and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and profitably.
Job Details & Perks:
Paid training provided Full-time position Company vehicle provided for work appointments Key Responsibilities:
Meet weekly with sales staff to discuss sales, customer expectations, and product orders. Order all necessary products accurately and follow up on delivery. Schedule jobs to meet customer and installer availability. Update customers regularly on installation details, including start date and work scope. Communicate job progress daily. Obtain written permission for any changes to the contracted work. Confirm scope and compensation with installers before starting. Ensure delivery of the expectations set during sales. Walk customers through completed jobs and collect final payments. Manage jobs to meet profit objectives. Complete job costing reports within 24 hours of installation. Continuously search for installers offering better customer experiences and more reasonable rates. Resolve conflicts and complaints promptly. Keep showroom and office organized and presentable. Participate in Home Shows as needed. Attend training seminars at owner’s discretion, at least once annually. Stay educated on new flooring products. Attend weekly meetings with the Franchise Owner. Log updates daily on job status and schedules. Work weekly and monthly to achieve sales and installation goals. Make decisions aligned with Floor Coverings International’s core values and mission. Qualifications:
Leadership skills to manage installers and handle conflicts appropriately. Experience managing home improvement projects is required. Ability to work independently without supervision. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple sites. Effective problem-solving skills. Ability to make reasonable decisions. Professional image and demeanor.
