F45 Training specializes in HIIT workouts. Workouts are in a group setting run by coaches who are certified personal trainers.
Role Description
Communicate with leads and help them get set up to start a trial. Answer membership questions regarding pricing, pauses, and extensions. Also reach out to “at risk” members using our software to improve retention. Coach 4-8 classes per week with a flexible schedule. Navigate and respond to social media posts and messages.
Qualifications
Sales and Event Management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in fitness or customer service industry is a plus
Personal training certification preferred
