Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Payne Chevrolet Buick GMC. The Service Advisor will be responsible for consulting with customers about their vehicle issues, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Responsibilities
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns. Schedule service appointments and provide cost estimates to customers. Communicate with technicians to ensure repair work is completed efficiently and accurately. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any necessary repairs. Upsell additional services or products based on customers\' needs and vehicle requirements. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and tactful manner. Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers after service appointments. Qualifications
Must be 21 and over. Must have held a driver\'s license for 3 consecutive years. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of automotive systems and parts is a plus. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to assist customers.
