Genesis Properties is recruiting a LIHTC Leasing Agent for a property in Richmond, Virginia.

Ideal Candidate Will Have
LIHTC leasing experience preferred
OneSite experience preferred
An upbeat and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to multi‑task
Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
This position will require you to generate traffic and new move‑ins to keep up the occupancy of our properties. You will be responsible for processing applications, as well as helping out with other office tasks such as filing, answering the phone, entering service requests for residents, and completing pre‑move‑in inspections. You will also be responsible for marketing and posting Craigslist ads. The Leasing Agent will be expected to provide a high level of customer service to prospects and residents.
Compensation Starting at $18/hour plus bonus structure and commissions.
