Job Description:
The Account Executive will proactively seek out new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, securing appointments with facility directors, managers, and existing building owners at the decision-maker level.
Develop vertical markets, identify new business opportunities, and create go-to-market strategies for customers.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas for products and services, along with achieving strategic goals set by sales management.
Requirements:
2-5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
A proven success record, with the ability to foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture. Dedication to professional growth, integrity, and high ethical standards.
Experience selling fire protection and life safety services, driving revenue, and developing strong go-to-market strategies.
Proficiency in identifying high-value prospects, executing effective sales campaigns, and converting prospects into customers.
Location: This is a remote sales position. Ideal candidates must be based in Kent, OH, or the surrounding area, with an expectation to report to the local branch as needed and work in the field to meet accounts. Travel is expected to be 30-50% within the territory.

Base Salary: $60,000
Total Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000
