AmeriCorps This position aims to support Best Buddies' mission to eliminate social, emotional, and economic disparities faced by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The role involves community building, member recruitment, and organizing engagement activities to foster inclusive friendships and leadership opportunities for adults with IDD. Responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating events, and developing community outreach strategies. Member Duties :
The Community Outreach Coordinator VISTA will focus on expanding and strengthening our Citizens Chapters through recruitment, member support, event planning, and developing a stewardship calendar to engage community partners and members. Program Benefits :
Living Allowance, Health Coverage, Relocation Allowance, Childcare assistance if eligible, Choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend, Training. Terms :
