This is a great opportunity that will give you the responsibility for all sales activities in assigned accounts, delivering a unique customer experience, assisting sales representatives and multiple internal departments, and potentially handling projects at the same time while also keeping up with clients’ day-to-day processes.

What does your day look like?
Some of your duties may include: Keying and verifying sales orders - Retail and Food Service Answering telephone calls, directing calls to appropriate contacts, or assisting with incoming sales calls Greeting customers and handling inquiries/order pickups as needed Communicating and processing paperwork for retail accounts and other departments: Purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable Identifying and resolving customer concerns Assisting customers and sales reps with basic needs Assisting account managers with collections and credit issues Things you need to be able to do: Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to multi-task; strong computer skills are required High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Things that are a plus: College degree preferred but not required 2-3 years of experience What we think you’ll love about Gourmet Foods International: Keep moving.
