Our real estate office is seeking a full-time in-office transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home sellers and buyers from contract to close – one who can work harmoniously on a team that is highly organized, dependable, and ambitious. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment. Responsibilities
Manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including communication with all vendors involved in the sale and direct communication with clients. Track contract deadlines and ensure paperwork complies with real estate law. Serve as a knowledgeable resource to help buyers and sellers navigate the buying and selling process and provide a high level of customer service at all times. Qualifications
Active Massachusetts real estate license (a New Hampshire license is a plus). Excellent customer service skills; impeccable written, in-person, and phone communication. Enjoy helping people and continually learning how to streamline processes. Compensation
