Entry-level Event Coordinator

to support the planning and execution of events that bring our clients’ brands to life. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, organisation, and coordination of marketing events. Support event logistics, including setup, scheduling, and on-site management. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events align with campaign goals. Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees. Help prepare and distribute promotional materials for events. Conduct research to identify new event opportunities and industry trends. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and successful delivery of events. Requirements

Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail.
